Deploying a Transporter as VMware vSphere Appliance

In order to deploy a transporter as a VMware vSphere appliance via the NAKIVO API, the relevant ESXi host, datastore, and virtual network IDs are required. If you already know the necessary object IDs, you may skip directly to the final step.
